Damage Disclaimer: Rates do not include Act of God coverage, glass breakage, stone chips, rock damage, blown tires, damage to mud flaps and/or damage from blown tires. Wave Express is not responsible for securing or damage of any item within the interior of unit during transport. Downtime delay: In the event this unit is delayed through no fault of Wave Express (mechanical or non-mechanical delay) Wave will charge $25 per hour with a maximum of 11 hours in a 24 hour period. Delays will be reported directly to the billing party and costs will be added to the total line haul costs. Attempted Pickup Fee: If order is canceled or delayed from origin, for any reason, after driver has been assigned, an attempted pickup fee of $350.00 will be charged. · All wheel bearings are functional * Tires have a tread height of no less than 2/32 inch and are not excessively worn, dry rotted, or damaged in a manner that deems them unsafe. · Wiring is intact and fully functional. This includes wiring plugs and electric brake break-away cables. All vehicles lighting is fully functional. All lights must have functional bulbs and light covers in the correct color. · If an order is canceled or delayed from origin, for any reason, after driver has been assigned, an attempted pickup fee of $350.00 will be charged.
